two hours后面是is还是are
two hours后面是is，因为two hours被看作一个整体，仅代表着“两个小时”这件事，如果是three hours同样也用is。但是如果句子是强调数量的，就要用are。
two hours被看作一个整体时，则要用is。
（1）Two hours is enough for us to do this experiment.
我们做这个实验两个小时就够了。
（2）Coach: We have more players this time and two hours is not enough for us.
教练：我们这次有这么多队员，两个小时的时间太短了。
（3）Two hours is enough for us to finish the work.
我们完成这项工作两小时就够了。
（4）Two hours is not long enough for this work.
做这项工作两个小时并不充分。
（5）Two hours is a long time to takeover a coffee.
两个小时端杯咖啡是够长的了。
用are的情况当强调“两个小时”、“三个小时”、“四个小时”等数量的时候就要用are。
（1）Hire at least two hours each, less than two hours by two hours are charged.
每次租用最少二小时，不足二小时亦按二小时收费。
（2）For example, if you schedule database maintenance to run for two hours every evening, only tasks that can be completed within two hours are performed.
例如，如果计划每天晚上执行两个小时的数据库维护，则只执行可以在两个小时内完成的任务。
（3）Two hours have passed.
两个小时过去了。
